Decided to treat myself at lunchtime today and have a starter…crazy stuff! Lol. So this was a kinda bruschetta without the onions and garlic - I’m always looking for good tips on how to get rid of the damned smell, anyone got any? - but the basil was homegrown, I just love fresh basil with tomatoes and I’m beginning to think I may have developed a balsamic vinegar addiction…

Trying to be a bit healthier in what I eat - too many instant noodles grabbed in a hurry at work does nobody any good! So shall probably be posting quite a few pics of variations of salad…which in its most generic and boring form I refer to as “rabbit food” but if it’s exciting enough I think we can become friends :)
